The inaugural Best Life Festival brought some major R&B players to the RC Cola Plant in Miami on Saturday, Septemeber 15. Sound system problems were an issue and many sets were cut short due to a late start, but by the time headliners like Ella Mai and H.E.R. arrived, the kinks were worked out. The party, cohosted by YesJulz, also saw performances by Xavier Omär, Snoh Aalegra, Summer Walker, and Nohemy. Photography by Monica McGivern.
