III Points kicked off their Art Basel lineup this year with James Blake and the 1-800 Dinosaur crew (Airhead, Dan Float, Klaus, and Mr Assister) spinning back to back all night at Magic City Studios in Little Haiti. The dim, smoky warehouse vibrated with an alternating set of funky, vinyl jams, and deep house. Mokibaby's stacked TV installation stood on a riser in the middle of the floor, and Haiiileen's three sparkly, paint-splattered Neon @ Sunset rooms created windows into her glowing, geometric, mannequin-filled dream world.
